Part I · Official Rules

1 Sponsor

This giveaway is sponsored and administered by Soul Forged Studios LLC ("Sponsor"), the creator of the world of Virelya and the music of UNWRITTEN.

2 Eligibility

Open to individuals who are 18 years of age or older (or the age of majority in their jurisdiction, whichever is greater) at the time of entry. Employees of the Sponsor and their immediate families are not eligible. The giveaway is open wherever the Forge Shop is able to ship; it is void where prohibited or restricted by law, and entrants are responsible for ensuring participation is lawful in their location.

3 Entry Period

Entries open upon publication and close on July 4, 2026 at 19:00 EEST (Greece) — 12:00 PM ET / 9:00 AM PT. Entries submitted after the closing time will not be eligible. The Sponsor's clock is the official timekeeper for the giveaway.

4 How to Enter

To enter, visit the Community page and submit your email address through the giveaway form, checking the box to confirm your entry. Entry is free. One entry per email address. Duplicate or automated entries may be disqualified. Checking the optional newsletter box is not required to enter and does not affect your chance of winning.

5 Winner Selection & Notification

One (1) winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries after the entry period closes. The winner will be announced after the premiere and notified by email at the address used to enter. If the winner does not respond within a reasonable period (approximately 7 days), the Sponsor may select an alternate winner at random.

6 Prize

The prize is one (1) t-shirt of the winner's choice from the Forge Shop, with an approximate retail value of $50 USD. Soul Forged Studios pays standard shipping. The prize ships after the premiere; delivery times vary by location. The prize is non-transferable, and no cash or other substitution is offered except at the Sponsor's discretion (for example, if the chosen item is unavailable, a comparable item may be substituted). The winner is responsible for any taxes that may apply.

7 Odds

Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received during the entry period.

8 General Conditions

By entering, each entrant agrees to these rules and to the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding in all matters relating to the giveaway. The Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process, violates these rules, or acts in a disruptive or unfair manner. The Sponsor reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the giveaway if fraud, technical failure, or any other factor beyond its reasonable control compromises its integrity. To the extent permitted by law, entrants release the Sponsor from any liability arising from participation in the giveaway or acceptance or use of the prize.

9 No Affiliation

This giveaway is not affiliated with, sponsored, or endorsed by YouTube, Discord, or Meta, or by any other platform on which it may be mentioned. Any questions about the giveaway should be directed to the Sponsor using the contact details below.

Part II · Privacy & Your Data

◆ What We Collect

When you enter, we collect the email address you submit and two consent flags: confirmation that you agreed to enter the giveaway (july4_consent) and whether you opted in to receive UNWRITTEN news (newsletter_optin). We do not collect names, payment details, or any other personal information through the entry form.

◆ How We Use It

We use your email address solely to administer this giveaway — to identify and contact a winner. If, and only if, you checked the optional box, we will also use your email to send you UNWRITTEN news and release updates. We do not sell your information or share it with third parties for their own marketing.

◆ Where It's Stored

Entries and email addresses are stored in Kit (ConvertKit), our email service provider, which processes this data on our behalf. The entry form does not store your email on this website or display it publicly.

◆ Your Rights

You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email we send. You may also request that we delete your data at any time, including before or after the draw, by contacting us at the address below. We will honor verified deletion requests promptly; note that requesting deletion before the draw will remove you from the giveaway.
